About New Aatish Market

New Aatish Market (Hindi: न्यू आतिश मार्केट) is an elevated station on the Jaipur Metro Pink Line, opened with the first section on 3 June 2015. It takes its name from the bustling Aatish Market trading area along the Gopalpura Bypass, a busy belt of wholesale and retail shops, electronics dealers and eateries.

The station is the second stop heading east from Mansarovar and a natural entry point for the densely populated Gopalpura, Triveni Nagar and Shipra Path neighbourhoods. Step-free lifts, escalators and a customer-care counter make it easy to use, and auto-rickshaws wait outside for the short hop into the surrounding colonies. From here it is about a 20-minute ride to the Pink City’s Badi Chaupar.
